Description

Growing up isn't so tough — especially with a friend like Caillou (pronounced KY-YOO), a lovable four-year-old who has a unique way of relating to the world. Based on a series of best-selling Canadian children’s books, Caillou demonstrates how the first experiences of life, from going to the park to understanding one's own family, can be perceived with wonder and a sense of discovery. With humor, kid logic, and imagination, Caillou helps preschoolers make sense of the world. The stories address real problems and conflicts typical to a young child's development. Through it all, Caillou remains an irresistible little boy in a very big world, a boy with whom every young child and parent can identify.

I enjoy Caillou, but this season it's not as good as the newer season that air on Sprout. Parents, if you want your kids too like Caillou, get the newer seasons, they are better because, Caillou does not wine and throw fits throughout the new season! Parents, if you're not okay with letting your kids watch Caillou, watch Chloe's Closet instead, I highly recommend that for your young children! That show could be better for your young children, and it could teach your little children better lessons, and Chloe and her friends play dress up and go on magical adventures, and they don't show Chloe or any of her friends throwing tantrums like they do with Caillou here. I still liked both Caillou and Chloe's Closet myself. Overall, little kids should watch Chloe's Closet, but not this. The main character, Caillou, can be a little to whiny and bratty for young kids, and little kids could start acting like him, which we don't want!

We fell in love with Caillou from watching it on Netflix, which only has the newer seasons. When our daughter got sick, we purchased this to cheer her up and get her some new episodes to watch. We were soooo disappointed. The new Caillou is kind and though he has struggles (as all preschoolers do), he is a good example. The old Caillou is selfish and whiny. It's terrible! I think we're going to delete it . Seasons 6 & 7 are great! Stay away from the older stuff!

He is four and he whines. He is a bad influence. This show is Dumb😲 Does he have cancer? He is bald, and he has a whiney voice. Never let your children watch it.

If you spend money because you try to avoid that you kids has to watch commercials, save you money. This one has Chuck E Cheese in front of it. I am very disappointed from PBS.

My mom says this show is all I wanted to watch when I was a kid........anyway a few questions........ 1. Why is he balled?? 2. Why do they not have a last name?? 3. How did Rosie get red hair?? 4. Why are there hearts on everything?? 5. Why do they wear the same clothes everyday?? 6. Why do the parents call they're parents "grandma" and "grandpa"?? 7. Why do they bandaids bandages?? 8. Why does he end up the center of attention during everything he does??
