I should have read the reviews and not relied on the Star rating. I don’t get all the favorable reviews. It’s as if we saw a different movie altogether. This movie has NOTHING to do with science fiction, absolutely no special effects. I would consider this a “B” movie. Thankfully I only paid five bucks, far more than it’s worth.
  • Enjoyable Twilight Zone episode

The story is terrific. The cast is also. The plot take some serious twists and other than the parts where the lead is attempting to make amends it seems believable. Movies that make me uncomfortable are always a draw for me. The ending is pure Rod Serling.
  • Slim story, long in the telling, not a blockbuster

This is an okay film with a simultaneously deep and shallow theme. It is very low budget production and has a slow, thoughtful pace that brings many viewers into the reality of the protagonist. It is definitely Sundance fare. One must take many things for granted, including making room for the notion that a parallel earth in a different dimension (thereby causing no issues regarding physics). This is not a film for everyone and it would not be a film that many would want to watch more than once. It is not a bad movie, but the story would seem better suited for an hour-long TV anthology series than a full length film.

Extremely original and creative -- not to mention thought provoking. Ask yourself in the move: how would I approach this situation? I truly don't understand those that rated it low. I think they were expecting space blasters and laser death rays (today's go-to formula). No blasters here, just beautiful art.

It's not a bad movie and people are rating it one star because they thought it was a SCIFI. Are you dumb? It's not a SCIFI. Jesus.

i’m not a sci fi movie fan, however this one really isn’t a sci fi movie..its got a sic fi concept thats about it…the movie is great, moving, riveting…i’m surprised anyone gave it less than 4 stars.

I guess I can’t get over the physics of having a planet with the same mass as the earth just happen to come as close as it is in this film and not cause some significant catastrophic event from it’s gravitational pull….

Slow and boring movie. I had to force myself to watch this movie over a couple of days. Won't be seeing it again. Scale from 1-10, I'd give a 6.
