    This young man almost had it all ,livening the way he wanted at his pace with none of the fake fast pace of life , a simple mistake ended his amazing journey....much respect old mate absolutely 5 stars !!

    Mistakes? Plenty were made that’s for sure. But while you may jeer at McCandless, it’s highly doubtful anyone of one his critics would have survived as long as he did. Enough arm chair psychology. Enjoy this wonderful yet sad story.

    I first saw this movie in school and I watched 4 more times that same week. I admire the movie itself and how it’s presented. The music is great and it’s hooking. Loved the movie and the way it presents Chris’ story.

    The books great but it's written by a journalist so it's written very unbiased and more of the skeleton of the story. This movie filled the body to McCandless; hate or love him this is a movie worth seeing. Slow beginning but worth it.
