Stranger in the Woods is about a woman who goes on a weekend getaway trip to the woods with her friends in hopes to recover from a traumatic event. But when her dog vanishes, their sanity unravels, leading to a chilling fight for survival.

An almost completely unknown cast.. who does that? The Newacheck Brothers do! This film and its team, deliver-on numerous levels. Not having any prior knowledge of the cast allows you to immediately be on board with their on screen characters. Hope to see more of them, and more from the Newacheck Brothers soon.

Prior to watching I had no knowledge of this film. I never saw the trailer or any advertisements promoting this film and one day I saw the poster on iTunes while looking for something to watch and decided to rent and give it a shot. I am so happy that I took a chance on this film! During these times of streaming media at home I find it difficult for some films to hold my attention and prevent me from looking at my phone. This was not one of those movies! The entire run time I was locked into the story and wanted to see what would happen next. Do yourself a favor and do what I did and take a chance on this little indie thriller and support these artists!
