    Incredible documentary on all the ups and downs and challenges thrown at these independent chefs trying to open their restaurant. Very inspiring and a must see if you love true passion in the world. Thanks to people like these guys in the documentary, lifetime experiences and special moments are created for others to remember for ever. Definitely worth the money and time to watch it!

    I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this film. It reveals just how stressful the roller coaster of opening a restaurant is, but also the joy of getting it right. The two chefs featured are very different and compelling in their own unique ways. In a world where far too few people wake up, go to work, and genuinely love what they do, it is refreshing to see the passion, drive, and dreams of these chefs. If you are a food lover, and especially if you live in the DC area, this is a must see.

    What a great and perfect glimpse into restaurant ownership and self employment. I've been self employed for 30 years and found this was the best insight yet into what my life has been. And you picked such nice, caring people to film....who really cared about their product, their staff and their families! Such a positive film and reaffirms my belief in humanity :)

    If you like food, great storytelling and beautiful cinematography, or any combination of the aforementioned, you will LOVE this film! A compelling story with urgency and excitement around two chef/restaurantuers as they launch their first restaurants. Two distinct characters and two unique restaurants. Their stories intertwine organically, and every scene provides a great perspective into the grit it takes to succeed in the business.

    As someone who loves food docs this film caught my eye on the film festival circuit. While it delivered on all things foodie, what really captured me was the story of the people who dedicate their lives to your dining experience and the risks they take to make it happen. Beautifully shot with a brisk pace. You'll laugh and cry. A must see for any doc lover out there.
