i can't give less than 4 since this is classic movie from stephen chow. i'm shocked that this is only the "DUBBED" version in english. it would be great if it has both chinese and english!

Only fans of Stephen Chow will truly appreciate this spy comedy spoof, done in typical Chow fashion. Unfortunatly, this is the dubbed version, and it is done bad. But not "unwatchable" bad. If you can get past that, it is a fun ride with a really stupid plot, wonderfully wierd charachters, and some great laughs.
