Rahul is in love with Sandhya but he can't tell her. One day Rahul finds out that her father is police inspector Raj, a cruel, sadistic, drunk, and abusive man, whose wife Rachna and daughter Sandhya live in fear. When Raj finds out that Rahul is trying to enter Sandhya’s life, he arrests him publicly, beats him up. But Rahul doesn’t learn lesson from this. Soon Raj moves to Hyderabad with his family.
