Omg she was so amazing. This is so fantastic because she was in it. She lit up everything with her amazing voice. More than worth the price. TEAM GRIMMIE FOREVER

This movie has it all! Beautifully shot, decent script, Christina Grimmie! Everything was awesome... except for the lead actor, who ruined the whole movie. I actually forced myself to watch the whole thing... and let me tell you: if you decide to watch this movie and think it will get better, trust me- it will not. On the positive note, I now have the perfect movie to point to as "the worst movie I ever saw".

The movie is fun but predictable. Loved seeing all the sites in KC so well filmed.

Pros: Movie is clean and can be seen by any age, nice locations and some really pretty shots, struggles of the characters are funny and relatable, geared to a younger female audience that is familiar with social media and youtube darlings, classic feel good movie. Cons: A little slow at the beginning, lead characters could have benefited from a bit more character developement but supporting characters made up the difference. I think the movie needed to be a bit longer but as an indy film I would have to assume it was all related to budget constraints. This film was a sweet movie that made me chuckle and belly laugh at times. The overly critical reviews of the acting was over the top especially for those that failed to finish the movie. Wesley Elder, the male lead is unknown, so it would seem obvious he is newer to the business but he did a fine job and I found him to have some nice comedic timing. I think those that were overly critical either didn't understand his character or were expecting a young polished Tom Hanks. The lead character was not meant to be a stud. He was the guy friend that every girl ignores but trusts. Christina Grimmie also was solid for someone who had never acted before. Her murder was a tragedy and was/is so sad she didn't see movie debut. Osric was quirky, Olan was hysterical and Ashley another relative unknown was a perfect stalker girlfriend. Those who took some cheap shots in their critique seemed to have unrealistic expectations for an indy film. Great job to the movie makers that didn't use stereotypical potty humor or frat boy sex antics to get an easy laugh. Hope the movie makers get noticed and make another movie with a big budget.

I read the reviews before renting and was looking forward to settling in with a good movie. I lasted less than 1/2 hour. Horrible acting, and a leading man that has zero appeal. I'm just not sure why this movie has been rated so high by so many. If you don't care about the quality of the acting, rent/buy it. For me, it was a complete waste of money.

I really enjoyed this movie. There were some great comedic moments and the story was original. I loved that this was filmed in my city! Yay for locally made films. The individuals who played the main characters were excellent and I loved seeing some local KC actors in cameos throughout the film.

I just finished this incredible movie, i was a fan of Christina about two years before her unfortunate passing, I'm just glad she was able to showcase her multiple talents, an i will be watching again in the near future just to relive her kind heart an everything else incorporated with her
