De-Lovely

2 time Tony Award winner Kevin Kline's superb acting and musical talent combine to make this beautiful film a sight to see, and the music is simply one of a kind. I loved this film and would recommend it to anyone!

This is an incredibly beautiful film-- it is filmed extremely elegantly and Ashley Judd is just exquisite. The movie has a nice analogy that we are all actors on a stage in the grand scheme of things.

This movie has so much going on! Great music! Beautiful scenerey and costumes! Great acting and a great story! Romantic and wonderful!

Bomb! The cinematography, costumes, and the Cole Porter songbook save this from being a 1 star movie. How someone could take such great material (compelling lifestory, loads of $, and a good cast) and come up with something so tepid and hackneyed, I will never understand. Melodramatic to the point of comedy, this movie misses the mark. I recommend you pass.

This is one of the best movies I have seen. Anyone who likes musicals will love this. Very touching.

5 Oscars each for Kevin Kline and Irwin Winkler would have been more like it.

I just saw it with my grandmother, and must say we both loved it. It's romantic, touching, and also a little flamboyant. The music is all Cole Porter, performed by various entertainers of today, and it's all great. Enjoy De-Lovely, a musical biography to span generations.

IM IN MY TWENTIES AND I MUST SAY, WHAT A TREAT TO HAVE SUCH INCREDIBLE MUSIC. I LOVE ALL THE WONDERFUL APPEARANCES OF SUCH TALENT. IF YOU LIKE GREAT MUSIC, REGARDLESS OF ERA, THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST MUSICAL AND IT APPRECIATES A TRUE LEGEND, "COLE PORTER".

I would have selected "no stars" if it were an option. A total waste of time and one of two movies that I walked out of in the theater.
