Manifest, Season 2

At first it reminded me of lost however by the second episode of the first season this was by far completely different. I love all of the characters and I hope this series continue on for a season 4. (Since season 3 is out already)

Don’t bye season two, unless it’s super cheap! I was interested in this television show called Manifest and season one wasn’t too bad so I purchased it and eventually purchased season two for $9.99. That isn’t such a bad price considering it started at $28.99. But after watching this painful agonizing season two, I feel like I wasted my time and money. I think watching paint dry would have been more entertaining. It ends with some kind of cliffhanger and the calling seems to be the plane 828 explosion and I am pretty sure it’s because they are already dead and maybe living in purgatory. Maybe that’s the story for season three . But it’s so slow and boring to even care about the final outcome and that’s even if there is ever a season 3 still to come. Put this sitcom to bed, don’t waste your time. One star people!

This is a pretty crappy show. Season 1 was amazing but this. This is just bad. I mean the story is so out of place and the acting is just getting worse. It does have its good moments though. Like with the robbery at the beginning. It wanted you to root for Zeke and Michaela, it did the opposite for me. It has lost so many viewers too. I do hope it gets better though.

The original premise of the show was intriguing. I had hoped the writers would make what happened to the passengers during the missing 5 years the focus of the show. Was it supernatural or abduction, etc. Sadly the show is often just a lame evening soap opera with trite devices like freezing on a character who has just been slapped for romantic reasons as the camera fades to commercial. Every daytime soap goes into commercials this way. Unless the writing becomes more clever and mysterious in coming episodes, I think viewers will be turning away in droves. Look how few reviews there are. Shows a big lack of interest it seems.
