Academy Award-winner Clint Eastwood ("Million Dollar Baby," "Mystic River") directs and stars as disgruntled Korean War veteran Walt, who sets out to reform his neighbor, a young Hmong teenager, who tried to steal Kowalski's prized possession: his 1972 Gran Torino. The two learn to grow beyond their own prejudices and struggles by fighting together to change the harsh realities of racial gang violence in their neighborhood.

    But, there's no way you could make this movie today. The liberals a.k.a. communists would ruin any chance of it. So, I ask you who's worse those who use racist language to make an artistic point or those who seek to snuff out freedom? Just in case you had to wonder the correct answer is the latter.

    Clint Eastwood rocks in this movie he is the heart of this top-notch drama. The acting is wonderful i highly recommend this because this movie is amazing.

    Excellent movie with excellent actors. The music is also very good. I think “Clint” pulls it off just right. “Jamie Cullum”, vocally, is of course off the hook. Kyle and friends are also just great. When you put it all together, its a must see movie.

    I regret this movie has an "R" because it might discourage some from what is one of the absolute finest films I have ever seen. Deep, with character development and character growth, not only of Eastwood's character, but others.
